Occupational Health Services through Our Registered Partner Clinic
Some OSH duties require a doctor or an approved testing centre. These services are delivered and billed by our registered partner clinic, Nova Care Sdn Bhd, a DOSH-approved audiometric testing centre (PUA JKKP/2025/11-02/00027). OSHMed is an OSH consultancy and training provider, not a clinic: we help you plan the programme around your assessments and keep your compliance calendar.
OSHMed does not examine, diagnose or treat. Examinations, results and medical records are handled by the clinic and the occupational health doctor under their own registrations. Fees for medical services are set and billed by the clinic.

Occupational health doctor
- DOSH-registered occupational health doctors (OHD) on our team: Dr Wan Muhammad Zulhusni (HQ/16/DOC/00/454) and Dr Muhammad Ghazali Md Nor (HQ/23/DOC/00/01109)
- Interprets audiograms and surveillance results
- Advises the employer and notifies DOSH where the regulations require

Other occupational health services we coordinate
Visiting occupational health advisor, occupational disease investigation, fitness-for-work assessment, spirometry, alcohol and drug screening programmes, workplace vaccination programmes, medical check-ups for confined space work, and reports for insurance and SOCSO compensation. These are carried out by registered occupational health doctors or the partner clinic under their own registrations.

Questions about workplace health
Who can carry out audiometric testing for our workers?
Only a DOSH-approved audiometric testing centre, with audiograms interpreted by a registered occupational health doctor. OSHMed is not a testing centre; testing is arranged through Nova Care Sdn Bhd, an approved centre in Kajang.
Do our workers need medical surveillance after the CHRA?
Only if the CHRA or the USECHH 2000 schedules require it. Medical surveillance is carried out by a DOSH-registered occupational health doctor at a registered clinic. OSHMed carries out the CHRA and refers surveillance to the partner clinic.
Can OSHMed give us the medical results?
No. Individual results are confidential medical records held by the clinic. The employer receives what the regulations and the occupational health doctor allow, such as fitness for work and summary reports.
